Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule coordinated pickups and deliveries

• Address operational issues regarding shipment delays

• Prepare detailed sales reports for strategic insights

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience

• Previous sales coordination experience preferred

• Strong command of English language

• Proficient in computer and typing skills

• Strong ability to collaborate and build relationships
