As a field-based National Business Manager, you will take charge of multiple myeloma promotions and guide your team to exceed sales and profitability goals. Your expertise in managing sales strategies, team development, and customer insights will be critical for success. You will report directly to the Franchise Lead, Oncology, ensuring that organizational strategies align with market demands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales team performance across multiple myeloma therapeutic area
• Manage markets pull-through and promotional programming
• Hire, coach, and develop Key Account Managers
• Lead the creation of national and regional business plans
• Share commercial insights for marketing strategy
Requirements:
• BA/BS Degree in life science or business
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
• 5-7+ years of specialty sales experience
• 3-5 years of field management experience
• Valid driver’s license for travel
Drive the oncology sales strategy at Sanofi by leveraging your leadership and sales experience.
