Powerfleet seeks a detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to enhance the productivity of its sales organization. With 2-4 years in Sales Operations or similar roles, your skills in Salesforce and operations support will be vital. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance, helping streamline sales processes and training users on essential tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain data quality in Salesforce and build dashboards
• Document and streamline sales processes for better alignment
• Ensure user support and drive tool adoption among sales reps
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams on operational requests
• Assist with issues and campaign setup in Salesloft
Requirements:
• 2-4 years in Sales Operations or Sales Support
• Proficient in Salesforce and familiar with CPQ tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools
