As part of the commercial leadership team, you will leverage your Salesforce expertise and analytics skills to drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in refining commercial processes, supporting pipeline management, and collaborating cross-functionally. Your passion for process improvement will specifically help optimize the sales team’s performance as they manage patient treatment innovations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and enhance sales processes with leadership
• Manage Salesforce configuration and user permissions
• Maintain dashboards and reports for sales visibility
• Support onboarding with training materials
• Oversee quote generation and contract administration
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Three years in Sales Operations or CRM Admin roles
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience in the medical device sector preferred
