Position: Sales Operations Assistant at Convera
Support Convera's sales team in Toronto as a Sales Operations Assistant. This role focuses on operational tasks, client interactions, and ensuring smooth internal processes.

In this position, you will provide essential day-to-day support to the Go-to-Market team. Your responsibilities include tracking client information, resolving operational issues, and ensuring accurate deal bookings. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver operational support to the sales team

• Resolve client and operational issues effectively
