Sales Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Ensure flawless execution with retail partners through sales support, product listings, pricing management, promotional coordination, and account management.
• Develop and maintain sales reporting dashboards; analyze sales trends, customer performance, promotional effectiveness, and market opportunities; provide monthly insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
• Manage new product launches across Canadian retail partners, including item setup, A+ content implementation, pricing coordination, and listing requirements.
• Coordinate promotional planning and execution with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service) and evaluate promotional ROI to support future initiatives.
• Support the onboarding of new retail partners and manage evolving customer requirements, including Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and other operational processes.
• Conduct store visits to ensure strong in-store execution, deliver staff training, support events, and gather customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Own relationships with assigned independent specialty retail accounts, including sales budget delivery, forecasting, buyer engagement, and retail partner management.

• University degree required; a business-related degree is preferred.
• 0–2 years of professional experience; internship experience considered a strong asset.
• Previous experience within a consumer goods or retail environment is preferred, ideally in a customer-facing capacity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required.
• Strong aptitude for digital systems and technology.
