Position: Aesthetic Territory Manager Role
Drive sales and account growth as a Territory Manager for an established aesthetics company. This role requires a dynamic communicator with strong business acumen and an advanced understanding of premium skincare.

In this position, you will manage territory development initiatives and foster strategic partnerships. With at least three years of experience in aesthetic sales, you will oversee onboarding processes, develop business plans, and provide educational presentations. Your strategic communication skills will be essential for delivering the company’s value proposition and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic partnership agreements

• Oversee onboarding to achieve set objectives

• Communicate value proposition to clients

• Create quarterly business plans for revenue growth

• Monitor market trends and communicate insights

Requirements:

• Minimum three years in aesthetic sales

• Proven client relationship management abilities

• Strong analytical skills for actionable insights

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Proficient in CRM systems, especially Zendesk Sell
