Scheduling & Sales Specialist

Overview

Support sales targets by contacting prospective clients to book an appointment with a hearing care professional in clinics across Canada. Identify client needs and new sales opportunities, introduce promotions, and book hearing care appointments. Meet and exceed daily KPIs and targets while ensuring each interaction aligns with Hear CANADA standards. Participate in daily/weekly team meetings to share feedback and practice sales skills.

Maintain a high-volume calling plan and update all pertinent client information in the appointment system (CRM). Communicate and work effectively with clinic teams to maximize booking schedules.

• Support sales targets by contacting prospective clients to book an appointment with a hearing care professional in clinics across Canada.

• 1+ years experience in inside sales or high-volume appointment scheduling
• Health industry experience is considered an asset
• Able to exercise empathy and lead the conversation to obtain client bookings with individuals experiencing hearing loss
• Preference given to candidates who are demonstrably bilingual (English, French)
• Highly motivated and goal-driven to exceed KPIs
• Prior experience with CRM systems, and willing to learn new software and tools
• Strong integrity, professionalism, and work ethic
• Ability to work independently
