AWS Partner Development Manager

This role involves managing executive-level relationships across a portfolio of Canadian Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) while boosting their growth on AWS. You'll be responsible for driving Marketplace adoption and executing joint business plans, influencing product roadmaps, and advocating partner needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own strategic ISV partnerships and drive revenue growth
• Manage co-sell channel lifecycle and listing strategies
• Build and maintain joint pipeline with partners
• Lead partner-led sales motions connecting opportunities
• Execute go-to-market programs aligned with Canadian priorities
Requirements:
• 5+ years in partner development or business development
• Experience in cloud or software industry sales
• Proven ability in managing partnerships and executing business plans
• Familiarity with AWS Marketplace and cloud ecosystems
• Strong data-driven analytical skills for pipeline management
