In this role, you will make outbound calls to potential clients, using a scripted approach to identify their needs. You will play a key role in communicating our services and must maintain a positive demeanor, even when facing objections. Strong organizational skills and independence are essential for tracking interactions and meeting booking goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage outbound calls to engage potential clients
• Identify client preferences and adjust communication accordingly
• Handle rejection with a professional and positive attitude
• Clearly explain Embark’s services to clients
• Schedule and confirm appointments with leads
Requirements:
• Previous experience in sales or a similar role
• Outstanding communication skills and persuasive abilities
• Proven track record of meeting targets
• Skilled in using CRM platforms and sales tools
• Fluent in both English and French
