In this strategic role, you will report to the Regional Sales Manager and implement territory business plans designed to enhance practice growth. Your expertise in the Renellence portfolio, including leading hyaluronic acid fillers, will position you as a trusted advisor to key opinion leaders. You will facilitate education through training sessions while analyzing market trends to inform commercial strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic territory business plans
• Build strong relationships with key injectors
• Partner with practices to drive treatment adoption
• Deliver education through in-office training and presentations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and leadership
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in medical aesthetics or related sales
• Established relationships within Canadian aesthetics
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems
