This full-time position offers an opportunity to coordinate client meetings, manage marketing campaigns, and maintain data integrity for sales reporting. Key Responsibilities:
• Administer support for Institutional Distribution leadership
• Coordinate various client meetings and industry special events
• Assist in marketing campaign administration
• Ensure data integrity for sales reports
• Participate in special project development and execution
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years experience as an administrative assistant
• Completion of post-secondary education (diploma or degree)
• Canadian Securities Course (CSC) completion/enrollment preferred
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Expertise in MS Office Suite and Salesforce preferred
