Inside Sales Executive - Small Business

In this role, you will manage accounts for small businesses, driving sales through proactive communication and helpful advice on technology solutions. You will be responsible for making numerous outbound calls each day while also learning about the latest product offerings to better serve your clients. Participate in community volunteer hours and employee resource groups to enrich your experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Increase small business clientele and manage existing accounts
• Conduct 30+ outbound calls and engage in meaningful conversations
• Advise on the full range of Dell products and services
• Qualify projects for enterprise solutions and cloud services
• Enhance your tech sales skills and career progression
Requirements:
• High school diploma mandatory
• 1-3 years in sales or customer service
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Strong team collaboration and a results-focused mindset
