Senior Account Executive at ServiceNow

In this key role, you'll focus on producing new business revenue through strategic account planning and sales execution. With a minimum of 10 years in full-cycle software sales, particularly in the retail industry, you will cultivate relationships with C-suite executives. By leveraging your extensive network and industry knowledge, you will guide clients in optimizing their IT roadmaps with Service Now’s AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop relationships with C-suite personas across all product sales
• Oversee client relationship mapping for account strategy
• Advise customers on Service Now's IT roadmap solutions
• Identify solution sales specialists to support deals
• Lead a broad virtual team to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
• Located in Greater Toronto, ON
• 10+ years of AE software sales experience
• Deep experience in retail, preferably with Loblaws and Canadian Tire
• Proven ability to negotiate deals with C-level executives
• Experience in integrating AI into business processes
