This role is pivotal for an experienced sales professional passionate about clean beauty. You will work closely with store teams, educating them on hero products and helping them excel in sales strategies. Collaborating with field leadership, your focus will be on achieving sales goals, developing brand advocates, and consistently improving the overall store experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive and exceed sales goals in assigned territories
• Educate store teams on key products and selling behaviors
• Create monthly calendars for strategic store engagement
• Deliver impactful training that drives retail sales
• Communicate regularly with store leadership and manager
Requirements:
• 2+ years in beauty industry sales or make-up artistry
• Reliable transportation and flexible work schedule
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs
• Residency in the job’s territory
