As a full-time on-site Travel Consultant, your role centers around consultative sales and excellent service. You’ll engage with customers from the initial inquiry to booking their complete travel experience. Your success will be measured through KPIs, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction as you navigate the busy retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings

• Meet individual sales targets to earn commission

• Provide end-to-end travel solutions including tours and transport

• Foster loyalty by building strong customer relationships

• Handle diverse customer communication channels effectively

Requirements:

• At least 2 years in travel sales experience

• Experience with Sabre GDS is a plus

• Strong background in customer-facing roles and sales achievements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Organized and detail-oriented
