Reporting to the Director of Global Business Development and Enablement, this role is pivotal in driving sales readiness and productivity across Nitro’s organization. You will design and deliver impactful training programs while collaborating with multiple teams to support strategic revenue initiatives. An organized, execution-oriented individual will thrive in this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive onboarding programs for customer-facing teams
• Facilitate dynamic training workshops and certifications
• Coordinate global sales enablement initiatives
• Manage content creation for training and enablement
• Support the adoption of sales technology and AI solutions
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Enablement
• Background in SaaS or B2B tech is a plus
• Experience in creating engaging training materials
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong project management abilities and organization
