• This role is best suited for individuals who thrive in a high-expectation and are motivated to perform at a consistently high level.
• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot, creating a welcoming and stress-free experience
• Follow Management Processes
• Guide customers through test drives and the purchase process
• Conduct needs analysis to recommend suitable vehicles and present financing/leasing options
• Maintain contact with existing customers for repeat and referral business
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, incentives and industry developments
• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and text professionally and promptly
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions; you must be organized
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive, high-performance environment

• A OMVIC license (required)
• A valid Ontario Driver’s License (required)
• Minimum 1 year of retail or automotive sales experience (preferred)
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• A proactive, energetic, and goal-driven personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Language skills (preferred not required)
