We’re hiring a driven wholesaler to join our Business Development team, with a focus on cold calling and outbound prospecting. This role is all about picking up the phone, building relationships with financial advisors, and introducing them to Optimize’s cutting‑edge Advisor Platform. You’ll play a key role in expanding our national network of Advisors by making high‑volume outreach calls, booking meetings, and nurturing relationships with prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Making a high volume of outbound calls to prospective financial advisors across Canada
  • Engaging with new and existing leads to build rapport, pitch our platform, and generate qualified interest
  • Following up with warm leads to maintain momentum and move them through the pipeline
  • Accurately capturing prospect information and interactions in our CRM to drive consistent follow‑ups
  • Collaborating with the business development team to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and exceed team targets
  • Helping shape and scale growth strategies with your insights from the front lines
Must‑Have
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, phone‑based outreach, or financial services wholesaling
  • Proven ability to cold call effectively and confidently engage prospects over the phone
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity and conversion targets
  • Comfortable hosting virtual presentations and closing business
  • Strong attention to detail and follow‑through
  • Experience using CRM tools
  • Resilient, organized, and highly self‑motivated
Nice‑to‑have
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
