As part of the HIS Canada team, you will leverage your sales and customer service talents to drive growth and customer satisfaction. This role emphasizes relationship-building and proactive participation in marketing initiatives to promote our services. You’ll track performance and report insights to further business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a calendar for agency visits and training
• Analyze weekly sales reports and summarize activities
• Organize and lead product presentations and seminars
• Gather market intelligence and communicate findings
• Achieve performance objectives in assigned territory
Requirements:
• Degree in travel/tourism or related field
• 5 years of travel industry experience
• Proven track record with tour operators
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Access to a vehicle and parking space in Ontario
