As the Enterprise Sales Lead, you will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle, from initial cold outreach to contract closure. Achieving a challenging quota of $3M in sales within your first year is expected.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complete sales motions from pipeline development to closures
• Successfully close six enterprise deals in your first year
• Cultivate relationships with large health systems
• Transition from co-selling with founders to autonomous leadership
• Utilize market feedback to refine sales strategy
Requirements:
• 5+ years of enterprise sales at C-suite level
• Solid record of cold-outbound sales success
• History of category-creation experience
• Familiarity with healthcare technology and AI impacts
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills
Drive technology adoption in healthcare through your sales expertise and innovative approach.
