Lead the sales strategy for Biogen Canada, driving brand growth and improving patient care. This role demands extensive experience in pharmaceutical sales and team development in a collaborative environment.
As the Head of Sales, you will oversee a high-performing sales team, coach Partnership Account Leads, and implement comprehensive sales strategies across all therapeutic areas. You will develop relationships with key healthcare providers, analyze market trends, and refine sales tactics to ensure achievement of revenue targets and overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and lead a top-tier sales organization
• Coach and mentor Partnership Account Lead sales team
• Establish sales metrics and accountability frameworks
• Develop strong relationships with healthcare providers
• Implement national and regional sales strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
• 5+ years in people management, 7+ in pharmaceutical sales
• Experience in product launches and cross-functional collaboration
• Fluent in English, proficiency in French is an asset
• Willingness to travel over 50%
