Account Manager for Ticket Sales

Drive ticket sales and enhance game-day experiences with the Professional Women's Hockey League as an Account Manager. Deliver exceptional service to the Toronto Sceptres’ Season Ticket Members and customers.

This role focuses on ticket sales, service, and activation, with a strong emphasis on maintaining relationships with clients. You’ll drive revenue through season and group ticket packages and lead activations for game days. Key Responsibilities:

• Generate revenue through ticket package sales

• Prospect and identify customer needs for ticket sales

• Welcome groups and provide top-notch game day service

• Lead activations for group experiences

• Communicate timely with Season Ticket Members

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fields

• Customer-focused mindset with relationship-building skills

• Strong interest in ticket sales and fan engagement

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
