Lead the renewals process at Dayforce as a Senior Renewals Manager. This role emphasizes retention strategies for a portfolio of vital enterprise customers.
In this pivotal role, you will manage the end-to-end renewal lifecycle, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and company revenue goals. You will work closely with Account Executives to devise effective renewal strategies, while also overseeing compliance and accuracy in contract management. The position requires strong collaboration with Customer Success Managers to proactively mitigate renewals risks and drive overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full renewal lifecycle for enterprise accounts
• Collaborate with Sales for execution of renewal strategies
• Develop, prepare, and manage contracts effectively
• Report and manage renewal forecasts in CRM systems
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams
Requirements:
• Extensive experience (5–8+ years) in renewals or customer success
• Proven ability to manage complex contract negotiations
• In-depth knowledge of recurring revenue drivers
• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities
• Exceptional communication skills across teams
