Chatbase is on the hunt for a Founding Sales Executive to drive customer conversations and sales. In this foundational role, reporting to the Head of GTM, you will oversee the complete sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise clients, a unique opportunity to impact a thriving startup. With a focus on customer obsession, you will qualify leads and drive sales to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Qualify leads and present product demos
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams for alignment
• Seek and identify sales opportunities throughout your client base
• Build lasting relationships with clients for ongoing success
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in tech sales or related startup roles
• Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A thirst for knowledge and growth
• Comfortable in high-output, high-ownership environments
