The Floating Leasing Consultant reports to the Leasing Team Lead and plays a crucial role in leasing management across various properties. With 2-3 years of sales experience, you'll utilize strong sales and negotiation skills while coaching and mentoring team members. This role emphasizes achieving sales goals while maintaining exceptional customer service and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales and vacancy targets in your assigned portfolio

• Coach and develop leasing consultants within the team

• Identify training opportunities and assist with development plans

• Manage leasing administration tasks accurately

• Inspect vacant suites to ensure “Rent Ready” status

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in sales or relevant fields

• 2-3 years of sales experience in a similar role

• Strong sales skills and customer service focus

• Valid driver’s license with a vehicle for travel

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Yardi
