Mid-Market Sales Executive at Square

As part of Square's Mid-Market Team, you'll need to own the complete outbound sales cycle, crafting solutions tailored to diverse merchants. Ideal candidates are experienced in B2B sales, particularly in SaaS or fintech, and thrive in outbound environments to meet and exceed ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the full outbound sales cycle with mid-market merchants
• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through strategic outreach
• Develop multi-product solutions tailored to merchant needs
• Conduct high-impact discovery, demos, and negotiations
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce
Requirements:
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience with quota achievement
• Proven success in outbound prospecting and business creation
• Experience closing complex, multi-threaded deals
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
