In this role, you'll report to the Senior Sales, Artistry & Education Executive, engaging in relationship-building and strategic planning to meet sales targets. Candidates should possess 2+ years of beauty industry experience, with a proven record in setting and achieving sales goals. Strong communication skills and ability to train others will be crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Exceed sales goals through store visits and training initiatives
• Educate retail teams on best-selling ILIA products
• Build loyalty among customers and staff through effective training
• Track and recap event sales and impact strategies
• Communicate store successes and concerns to management
Requirements:
• 2+ years as a makeup artist or brand ambassador
• Reliable transportation and flexible work schedule
• Strong time management and communication proficiency
• Capacity to stand for 6-8 hours
• Ability to lift 30 lbs or more
