At Adecco, you will be responsible for managing and expanding national accounts, sourcing profitable business opportunities, and enhancing client satisfaction. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to negotiate contracts, and an adaptable approach to market changes. You’ll work closely with various departments to implement effective sales strategies and support overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet with key client decision makers to ensure satisfaction
• Conduct needs analysis and networking to grow client base
• Develop account plans to achieve sales and margin goals
• Oversee operations and processes of established accounts
• Prepare sales forecasts and annual budget monitoring
Requirements:
• Minimum five years in a sales role, preferably service industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to influence, motivate, and build relationships
• Experience with labour and employment laws is beneficial
