In this essential position, the Sales Enablement Lead is responsible for enhancing advertising sales operations. Key tasks include managing sales material, working closely on go-to-market preparations, and streamlining sales communications. The role also emphasizes the use of AI to optimize processes and materials for better engagement and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee sales materials library for easy access
• Collaborate on go-to-market checklist completion
• Manage internal communications and updates
• Analyze sales team engagement and report findings
• Integrate AI solutions for resource enhancement
Requirements:
• 2+ years in advertising sales support or marketing
• Experience with media sales environments preferred
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Power Point
• Flexible in handling changing market dynamics
