Leasing Consultant – Rental Expert

In this position, you will serve as a critical point of contact for prospective residents r responsibilities include overseeing inquiries, maintaining property readiness, and ensuring that potential clients receive thorough information and support. Collaboration with marketing teams helps optimize outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inquiries from prospective tenants via all communication methods

• Conduct rental property tours and interviews

• Maintain the CRM system with accurate leads

• Assist with online applications and follow-ups

• Collaborate with teams to keep properties show ready

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, with sales education preferred

• Two years of sales experience required

• Comfort with Salesforce and Yardi software

• Valid Driver’s license and access to a vehicle

• Positive energy and willingness to work evenings/weekends
