This role involves managing inbound inquiries, coordinating orders, and supporting strategic planning efforts. You will also participate in product training and work closely with the Sales and Product Development teams to drive account growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer orders and quotations efficiently
• Maintain and nurture customer relationships
• Coordinate future procurement with clients

• Represent IHL at trade shows and customer events
