As an Account Manager, you’ll support the Canadian ad sales team throughout the entire sales cycle—from planning and execution to reporting and billing. You will manage advertiser and agency relationships, oversee campaign status, and ensure smooth launches across all products.
Your role also involves monitoring performance and providing insights to clients and stakeholders regularly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support sales from presale to campaign launch and billing
• Manage day-to-day contacts for ad campaign relationships
• Monitor campaign status and provide timely updates
• Liaise between clients and internal teams for best practices
• Present campaign metrics and insights to clients
Requirements:
• 3+ years in account management or client services
• Experience in display and video advertising
• Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, and Power Point
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Excellent collaboration and proactive engagement abilities
