Become a crucial part of our sales team as an Inside Sales Representative, driving revenue and enhancing customer experiences. This role involves supporting Sales VPs and managing relationships with clients and leads.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work closely with our VP of Sales to follow up on leads, manage existing accounts, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing. The ideal candidate is proactive and detail-oriented, thriving in a dynamic environment, while excelling in communications to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support VPs with sales initiatives and lead management
• Maintain contact with assigned customers and prospects
• Identify sales growth opportunities within accounts
• Prepare quotations and sales reports
• Track open quotes and sales opportunities
Requirements:
• 3-7 years in inside sales or account management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems
• Knowledge of home décor or related industries
