Position: Leasing Consultant for Multiple Properties
Become a Floating Leasing Consultant at Hazelview Property Services, driving sales and achieving targets across a diverse portfolio. Utilize strong negotiation and sales skills to excel in this dynamic role.

Reporting to the Leasing Team Lead, this role emphasizes direct leasing efforts while fostering the growth of other Leasing Consultants. With responsibilities including coaching mentoring, you will identify training opportunities and support team development. Your sales acumen will help in overcoming objections and closing deals across various properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet sales and vacancy targets for assigned properties

• Coach and develop Leasing Consultants as directed

• Identify and assist in training opportunities

• Manage sales calls, emails, and follow-ups effectively

• Complete leasing administration tasks and maintain reports

Requirements:

• 2-3 years in a direct sales environment

• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office

• Genuine desire to assist prospective tenants

• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
