Telecom Sales and Data Entry Associate (Temporary Contract – 7 Months)

Location: Scarborough, ON (Woodside Square)

Pay: $17.95 per hour

Job Type: Fixed-Term Contract (7 Months)

Contract Period: July 10 2026 – February 10, 2027

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Telecom Sales and Data Entry Associate to join our team on a temporary 7-month contract. This role combines telecommunications sales, customer service, and administrative responsibilities. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop valuable sales and data management skills, with the potential for permanent employment based on performance and business needs.

• Promote and sell telecommunications products and services
• Assist customers with product inquiries, plan selections, and account information
• Accurately enter and maintain customer and sales data
• Process applications, contracts, and related paperwork
• Maintain organized customer records and documentation
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Support daily store operations and administrative tasks
• Perform other sales and data entry duties as assigned

• Must be able to speak, read, and write in Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to engage customers confidently
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry experience
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Previous telecommunications, retail sales, customer service, or administrative experience is an asset but not required

Applicants must be available to work weekdays and weekends between the hours of 10:00 AM and 8:30 PM

• Minimum 20 hours per week
• Up to 40 hours per week
