Our client is expanding their Non-Ferrous Metals Division, seeking experienced professionals to strengthen their market presence. This role combines strategic planning, customer relationship management, and independence in securing new business. You will be pivotal in growing revenue through aluminum, stainless steel, and industrial sectors, while enjoying direct access to leadership and a supportive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and identify new business opportunities in non-ferrous metals
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for revenue growth
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Prepare quotes and negotiate agreements for tailored solutions
• Partner with internal teams for seamless customer experience
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in outside sales or territory management
• Experience in non-ferrous metals distribution preferred
• Proven success in generating new business relationships
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Valid driver's license for GTA travel
