In this role, you'll be responsible for prospecting and engaging enterprise retail accounts through various outbound channels. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience in SaaS sales, demonstrating strong relationship-building and communication skills. Partner with Account Executives to ensure strategic follow-up and successful lead transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect accounts using phone, email, and social media
• Build relationships with enterprise-level stakeholders
• Work closely with Account Executives for lead handoffs
• Provide insights to improve marketing and sales strategies
• Consistently attain outbound sales targets in a dynamic setting
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of SaaS outbound sales experience
• Proven cold-calling and engagement skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Comfort navigating complex accounts
• Fluency in English is essential
