As part of the Global Business Development and Enablement team, you will oversee the development of onboarding and training programs, drive enablement initiatives, and ensure alignment across global sales efforts. The ideal candidate is skilled in project management and capable of leading multifaceted enablement strategies to promote success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Continuously improve sales onboarding and training programs
• Deliver engaging virtual and in-person workshops
• Support execution of key global sales initiatives
• Create and maintain essential enablement content
• Assist in adopting sales technology and processes
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Sales Enablement or similar roles
• SaaS or B2B technology experience preferred
• Proven track record of developing sales training content
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Excellent organizational skills and project management capabilities
