The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Business Development Representative (BDR), Partnerships to help build and scale one of Go Lime’s most critical growth channels. This role is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new partnership opportunities, generating qualified leads, and expanding our network of third‑party dealers—including HVAC contractors, plumbers, restoration companies, and property managers. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship‑focused, and skilled at building a pipeline to support our national expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, prospect, and qualify high‑potential dealer partners across the HVAC and home improvement sectors through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of prospective partners to support channel revenue growth objectives.
  • Discovery & Engagement: Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess partner needs, communicate Go Lime’s dealer value proposition, and schedule meetings or presentations for the Partnerships management team.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong foundational relationships with prospective contractors, business owners, and trade associations.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities, opportunities, and partner interactions within the CRM system.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regional market developments within the Ontario home services sector.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or a related role.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills—clear and compelling in writing, presentations, and phone conversations.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with a data‑driven approach to managing pipelines.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce, Hubspot or similar) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Self‑starter who can work independently and as a collaborative part of the partnerships team.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with B2B sales, channel sales, or prospecting.
  • Familiarity with Ontario's home services, HVAC industry, or the rental/lease‒to‒own space.
  • Knowledge of consultative selling techniques.
