Role Overview
Join Service Now to produce new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model, developing relationships with C‑suite personas and overseeing client relationship mapping. Work with a broad virtual team to orchestrate an account strategy and lead across a defined set of accounts. Be a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business and advising how Service Now can help their IT roadmap.
WhatYou Will Do
- Develop relationships with C‑suite personas, oversee client relationship mapping, and lead a virtual team to orchestrate an account strategy.
- Identify the right solution sales specialists and support resources to bring into a deal at the right time.
- Be a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business and advising how Service Now can help their IT roadmap.
To be successful in this role, you have 10+ years of full‑cycle AE software sales experience, 7+ years of experience selling to Enterprise Retail, and experience managing major Canadian retailers.
Requirements- Current location in Greater Toronto, ON, Canada.
- Min 10 years of full‑cycle AE software sales from similar large enterprise software companies.
- 7+ years of experience selling to Enterprise Retail.
- Experience managing major Canadian retailers (LCL and CTC).
- Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams.
- Experience producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining healthy C‑Level relationships.
- Experience achieving sales targets.
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision‑making, or problem‑solving.
- Ability to understand the 'bigger picture' and our plans around IT.
- Experience promoting a customer success focus in a 'win as a team' environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Base pay of CAD $143,000 – $212,725
