Position: Health Insurance Account Manager Role

As a crucial member of our sales team, you will report to the Director, Individual MGA, while managing affinity partnership accounts. This role encompasses training advisors, overseeing marketing functions, and fulfilling reporting requirements, ultimately supporting better health solutions for Canadian clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead account management for affinity partnerships

• Facilitate training and advisor engagements

• Handle reporting functions and project management

• Coordinate MGA special projects effectively

• Participate in client and finalist presentations

Requirements:

• Experience in health and dental insurance fields

• Relevant post-secondary education in Business

• Excellent presentation and communication capabilities

• Creative problem-solving and attention to detail

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French preferred
