Position: Institutional Account Manager at BorderPass

As the Account Manager, you will be the primary liaison between Border Pass and our institutional partners. You will also identify opportunities to grow accounts while collaborating with our support and product teams to resolve client matters efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with universities and colleges

• Review account health and engagement with clients

Requirements:

• 3+ years in account management or customer success

• Excellent communication and relationship skills
