As an Insurance Advisor, you'll serve a unique niche within the physician market, supported by an experienced leader and a collaborative team. Your main tasks include engaging physicians through proactive outreach, understanding their insurance needs, and providing personalized solutions that can save them significantly on premiums. With ample administrative support and warm leads, you will have the tools you need to flourish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate targeted outreach calls to prospective physician clients

• Establish and nurture strong client relationships through attentive service

• Create and offer customized insurance plans to meet client needs

• Work in sync with colleagues on service execution

• Maintain high standards of compliance and documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-3 years experience in insurance advisory

• Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) must be completed

• Comfort with client engagement and sales-oriented tasks

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and various CRM systems

• Strong verbal communication skills, especially over the phone
