• Track performance in CRM and provide actionable insights

Requirements:

• Experience in inside sales or customer engagement

• Proven relationship-building abilities

• Familiarity with CRM systems

• Relevant knowledge in veterinary or pet insurance

• Bilingual capabilities in English and French
