Director of Mortgage Sales Training

Lead Scotiabank's efforts in mortgage sales enablement and training as the Director of Mortgage Sales Training in Toronto, Ontario. Drive team effectiveness, training, and partner engagement to achieve strategic business goals.

In this senior leadership role, you will design and implement training programs for the Home Financing Solutions and Real Estate Secured Lending teams. Your expertise in sales effectiveness and strong understanding of mortgage processes will help cultivate a results-oriented sales culture. You will be responsible for creating training materials and facilitating onboarding, ensuring all teams have the necessary resources to perform effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop training curriculum for various sales teams

• Create reference materials for mortgage brokers and realtors

• Oversee onboarding processes for Home Financing Advisors

• Manage supplier relationships for mortgage application platforms

• Build and execute key client engagement events

Requirements:

• University Degree and 10+ years in sales effectiveness

• Expert knowledge of mortgage origination channels

• Strong understanding of P&L drivers in mortgage business

• Knowledge of real estate secured lending credit processes

• Familiarity with mortgage technology platforms is an asset
