Your role will involve cultivating relationships with mortgage brokers to surpass origination expectations and enhance broker understanding of our unique offerings.
As a key player in the Mobile & Broker Services team, you'll be responsible for onboarding new broker firms and conducting vital education sessions that highlight Meridian's competitive advantages. Your efforts will include regular travel across Ontario to connect with partners and support new branch locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary liaison to brokers and partners
• Oversee onboarding and completed audit information
• Organize sessions to educate on niche mortgage products
• Communicate funding ratios to broker firms
• Coordinate with underwriting for feedback and issues
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of mortgage brokerage management
• Strong sales performance history
• Effective presentation and negotiation abilities
• Familiarity with Loan Origination Systems
• Finance degree or equivalent experience preferred
