Looking for more than just an entry-level job?
If you’re looking for an opportunity that combines hands‑on business experience, professional development, leadership exposure, and real-world sales training, this could be the ideal next step.

Boomerang is currently expanding its Toronto team and is looking for ambitious individuals to join as Entry Level Management Trainees. This opportunity is designed for individuals who want to develop practical experience across customer engagement, sales, campaign operations, and team leadership within a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment.

Rather than spending months observing from the sidelines, trainees gain direct exposure to live sales campaigns, customer acquisition strategies, and day‑to‑day business operations from the beginning.

About Boomerang
Boomerang specializes in face‑to‑face customer acquisition and live promotional sales campaigns representing nationally recognized consumer brands alongside well‑known charitable organizations focused on donor acquisition, fundraising, and community awareness.

The company works across retail activations, pop‑up events, shopping centres, and community campaigns throughout Toronto, helping organizations grow through direct customer engagement and professional sales communication.

Boomerang’s approach focuses heavily on development, mentorship, and performance‑based progression, giving motivated individuals the opportunity to build both sales experience and leadership capability in real working environments.

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Entry Level Management Trainee, you’ll work closely with experienced team leaders while learning the day‑to‑day operations behind live sales and promotional campaigns.

Your responsibilities will include engaging directly with customers at retail pop‑ups, promotional stands, and event‑based sales campaigns while developing confidence in face‑to‑face sales conversations and customer communication.

You’ll gain practical exposure to customer acquisition, sales performance tracking, campaign coordination, and team development. Through daily interactions, you’ll build skills in communication, presentation, sales strategy, and relationship management.

You’ll also learn how campaign leaders manage sales targets, maintain customer experience standards, oversee promotional environments, and support overall campaign performance. As you progress, you’ll gain increasing responsibility and exposure to the management side of live sales operations.

This role combines customer‑facing sales experience with structured development in leadership, teamwork, and campaign management.
