Position: Consultant for Member Services in Don Mills
Become a Consultant for Member Services at CCG in Don Mills with a 12-month full-time contract. This role includes selling memberships and educating members about travel insurance options.

Utilize your customer service and sales experience effectively. Responsibilities involve handling car rentals, taking passport photos, and issuing International Driving permits. Flexibility to work various store hours will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell memberships and related merchandise to customers

• Assist customers with car rental arrangements

• Capture passport photos for member documentation

• Issue International Driving permits swiftly

• Instruct members on Travel Insurance benefits

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of customer service and retail sales experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Completion of TICO certification or willingness to pursue it

• Desired post-secondary background in Travel and Tourism

• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
