How it started – April 2022
A dream that turned into a financial nightmare.At 27, our CEO Rishard achieved his dream of owning a home. But the joy was short-lived — crushed by suffocating mortgage payments and the relentless demands of startup life. Seven months after buying, he had to sell. And the worst part: a standard 5% commission fee that took $60,000, half of his entire down payment.
